After a very successful and sold-out Mexican international evening, we are very excited to bring you the second edition: Corsica.
Come and discover the rustic yet delicious food of Corsica, a lovely French island on the Mediterranean. We will enjoy charcuterie, a delicious stew with chestnut polenta, and Corsican cheeses. Corsican wine will also be available for sampling.
The meal will be prepared by two passionate Corsican cooks: Arthaud, whose grandmothers taught him the culinary secrets of this island; and Charlie, who grew up on the island and has been preparing Corsican dishes as far as she can remember. (You can also preview Arthaud's delicious cooking every Tuesday during lunch during La Cuisine du Marché!)

Cost: CHF 25 per adult, CHF 15 per child
This is a great opportunity to discover a relatively unknown culinary region, and meet other food enthusiasts in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The event is open to everyone, including children! We have a play area where they can stay entertained.
The cost covers dinner and wine tastings. Additional drinks will be available for purchase. Please bring cash with you to the dinner. If you need to cancel, please let us know by Oct. 20 as we will need to purchase ingredients; otherwise we ask that no-shows pay for their portion.
