What is Ashtanga?
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that emphasizes the harmonic connection of breath and movement. The poses (asanas) in Ashtanga are performed always in the same order, which allows students to learn the sequence and focus on the internal, meditative aspects of the practice.
In the classes you will learn how to breath in a correct way during yoga, how to connect breath and movement as well as how to do the poses with the correct technique. After you learn the sequence you will be able to practice it by yourself at home or when you travel. Daily Ashtanga practice will make you healthier and happier :)
The class is mostly meant for the beginners and people with little experience in yoga, but everyone is welcome.
About Martyna Syguda
Martyna discovered yoga when she was 12 and right away it became an important part of her life. After years of a dedicated daily practice and two years spent in India she now shares her passion with everyone who wants to step on a yoga mat. Being a psychologist helps her to understand what happens in the head during the yoga practice and how to use the method to transform not only the muscles, but also the mind.
