For our next international evening, we will explore the exciting flavors of Thai cuisine with a multi-course dinner cooked up by Chef Arthaud. Sign up now to reserve your spot!
Chef Arthaud, who hosts our weekly Cuisine du Marché and is a private chef/caterer, will be showcasing the cuisine of Thailand, which he learned while living and working there as a chef. This will be a typical Thai royal dinner, featuring dishes such as tom yum soup with shrimp, chicken satay, multiple types of curry, and a surprise dessert—mmm!!
Date: Saturday, Mar. 4
Time: 19:00 to 22:00
Where: LiLi Centre, Alpenquai 40a, 6005 Luzern (directions)
Cost: 40 CHF per adult, 20 CHF per child (cash only)
This dinner will feature traditional ingredients and flavors from Thailand. Expect the food to be moderately spicy and full of flavor. There will be plenty of coconut cream and rice to cool down the spice, but please note that there will not be alternate dishes offered for children.
The cost covers the full feast, including two starters, two main dishes, a dessert, and 1 Thai beer or soft drink. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. Please bring cash with you. Any cancellations need to be made before Mar. 2 as we will need to buy ingredients; after that date we ask that no-shows cover their costs.
As always, our International Evenings sell out quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot early!
